Striking contemporary beach house film location in West Sussex, with spectacular sea views, a dramatic vaulted living room, expansive glazing and a distinctive modern interior.
The principal living space makes the most of its coastal setting, with a high pitched ceiling, triangular glazed gable and full-height sliding glass doors framing views towards the sea. The bright, spacious room combines white walls, pale tiled flooring and colourful contemporary furnishings, with a freestanding black cylindrical wood-burning stove providing a striking focal point. Glazed doors open directly onto a sea-facing terrace.
The open-plan kitchen is equally distinctive, featuring sleek white cabinetry, warm timber-fronted island units, integrated appliances and a substantial stainless-steel extractor. Large rooflights bring additional daylight into the space, while a colourful suspended glass pendant installation adds character above the adjoining stairwell.
A particularly impressive architectural feature is the contemporary open-tread staircase, with timber steps, glass balustrades and stainless-steel handrails. Set within a spacious entrance hall, it provides an attractive backdrop for interior filming, with views between the different levels of the house.
Additional spaces include a bright study with fitted bookshelves, contemporary desk and large corner windows, together with light-filled bedrooms featuring modern furnishings. One bedroom opens through glazed doors onto decking and a planted garden area.
Outside, the house has a striking glazed gable elevation, a sea-facing balcony with glass balustrades and a terrace with contemporary sun loungers. The coastal outlook, planted garden and timber decking provide further contrasting settings.
With its combination of modern beach house architecture, dramatic glazing, colourful living spaces, sculptural staircase and uninterrupted-looking coastal views, this beach front location offers a varied selection of contemporary residential and seaside backdrops for filming and photography.
